§ 12-20-8-2 — Relief for residents

Indiana·Art. 20 TOWNSHIP ASSISTANCE·Ch. 8 Legal Residence as Condition for Receipt of Township
If an individual is a resident of a township or county, the township or county shall relieve and support the individual if the individual is poor and in need of relief. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-5(a).]
