§ 12-20-4-6 — Qualifications of supervisors
An individual may not be employed as a supervisor of township assistance investigators unless the individual:
(1)has been an Indiana resident for at least one (1) year
immediately preceding the individual's appointment; or
(2)has had at least one (1) year of experience as a township
assistance investigator.
