(a)The number of supervisors of township
assistance investigators may not exceed one (1) supervisor for the first
four (4) township assistance investigators. If there are more than four
(4)township assistance investigators, the township trustee may employ
one (1) additional supervisor for each twelve (12) township assistance
investigators or major fraction of that number.
(b)The pay for supervisors of township assistance investigators
shall be fixed in the manner provided by law for other township
salaries.
