§ 12-20-4-4 — Qualifications of investigators

Indiana·Art. 20 TOWNSHIP ASSISTANCE·Ch. 4 Employees of Township Trustee

An individual may not be employed as a township assistance investigator unless the individual:

(1)is a high school graduate or possesses an equivalent degree;
(2)is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
(3)is a resident of the county where the township is located. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-2-5 part.]
