§ 12-20-4-11 — Supervisors, investigators, assistants, and employees; pay; vacation; sick leave

Indiana·Art. 20 TOWNSHIP ASSISTANCE·Ch. 4 Employees of Township Trustee
(a)A township assistance supervisor, investigator, assistant, or other necessary employee shall be paid only for the number of days the employee is actually engaged in employment during each month.
(b)A township assistance supervisor, investigator, assistant, or other necessary employee shall be paid at the rate established by the township trustee from an appropriation by the township board with no deduction for legal holidays.
(c)A township assistance supervisor, investigator, assistant, or other necessary employee shall be paid out of the same money as claims for township assistance are paid. Claims for pay are payable upon presentation of a sworn claim itemizing each day for which pay is requested. Claims are to be made and filed in the same manner as other claims for township assist
