Text
(a)As used in this section, "fund" means the
department of local government finance township assistance online
pilot program fund established by subsection (b).
(b)The department of local government finance township assistance
online pilot program fund is established.
(c)The fund shall be used to assist in implementing and
administering the pilot program.
(d)The fund consists of one (1) or more of the following:
(1)Appropriations made by the general assembly.
(2)Donations made to the fund.
(3)Any fees collected under section 1 of this chapter.
(e)The fund shall be administered by the department of local
government finance.
(f)The expenses of administering the pilot program and the fund
shall be paid from the fund.
(g)Unless otherwise provided by state or federal law, expenses
