§ 12-20-28-3 — Annual statistical report; statewide statistical report; filing

(a)The definitions in this section apply to a report that is required to be filed under this section.
(b)As used in this section, "case contact" means any act of service in which a township employee has reason to enter a comment or narrative into the record of an application for township assistance under this article regardless of whether the applicant receives or does not receive township assistance funds. This subsection expires January 1, 2023.
(c)As used in this section, "total number of households containing township assistance recipients" means the sum to be determined by counting the total number of individuals who file an application for which assistance is granted. A household may be counted only once during a calendar year regardless of the number of times assistance is provid
