Text
Upon receipt of a certification under section 7 of this chapter, the governor shall appoint a four (4) member management committee to assume the township trustee's duties as administrator of township assistance. The committee must consist of one (1) representative from each of the following:
(1)The budget agency. This member serves as chairperson.
(2)The state board of accounts.
(3)The department.
(4)The division of family resources.
