§ 12-20-25-53 — Contents of distressed township supplemental township assistance fund
The distressed township supplemental
township assistance fund consists of appropriations made to the fund
by the general assembly. Interest earned on the money in the fund
remains in the fund. The balance remaining in the fund at the end of a
state fiscal year remains in the fund and does not revert to the state
general fund.
