§ 12-20-25-52 — Nature and uses of distressed township supplemental township assistance fund
State support provided from the distressed township supplemental township assistance fund:
(1)is supplemental to other financing for township assistance;
(2)may be used to satisfy township assistance claims incurred
during the period the management committee is in control of the
township trustee's office; and
(3)subject to the approval of the control board, may be used to
pay claims approved under IC 12-2-14-22 (before its repeal), IC 12-2-14-23 (before its repeal), or section 27 or 28 of this chapter.
