§ 12-20-25-25 — Notice by publication
In addition to the notice required in section
24 of this chapter, the management committee shall publish a notice to
all persons claiming to be creditors in two (2) newspapers of general
circulation in the county. If there is only one (1) newspaper of general
circulation in the county, publication in that newspaper is sufficient
notice to the persons claiming to be creditors.
