§ 12-20-25-14 — Authority of township trustee

Indiana·Art. 20 TOWNSHIP ASSISTANCE·Ch. 25 Township Assistance in Distressed Townships
A township trustee has no authority concerning township assistance in a controlled township. However, after the management committee has completed the evaluation of the trustee's office and reported the committee's findings to the control board as required by section 32 of this chapter, the township trustee shall resume the trustee's duties concerning township assistance, subject to the supervision and control of the control board.
