Text

(a)A combined grocery (marketing fresh vegetables, fresh eggs, and dairy products) and meat market (marketing fresh meat) in a township having a population of more than ten thousand (10,000) is eligible to accept food purchase orders from the township trustee, as administrator of township assistance, in the township in which the market is located if the owner of the market has applied to the township trustee using a form prescribed by the state board of accounts.
(b)A market described in subsection (a) remains eligible to accept township food purchase orders unless any of the following conditions exist:
(1)The owner notifies the township trustee, as administrator of township assistance, to remove the owner's market from the eligible list.
(2)An appropriate health or other governmental
