§ 12-20-16-10 — Livestock; feed instead of cost of food

The township trustee, as administrator of township assistance, may purchase feed for a minimum amount of subsistence livestock if the cost is less than the cost of food that is otherwise necessary for the township trustee to furnish under this chapter. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-37.]
