§ 12-20-13-3 — Appropriations
(a)An expenditure of money may not be
made under this chapter except after a specific appropriation made and
approved in the manner provided by law.
(b)An appropriation may not be made or approved unless a
sufficient amount of money to cover the proposed expenditure is
included in the annual budget of the township trustee for township
assistance purposes.
