Text
A township trustee may, with the approval of the township board, do the following:
(1)Conduct the following for township assistance recipients in
the township:
(A)Rehabilitation programs.
(B)Training programs.
(C)Retraining programs.
(D)Work programs.
(2)Employ personnel to supervise the programs.
(3)Pay the costs of the programs from township assistance
money.
