Text
A person who is related to the director of the division in the following manner is not eligible for a position in the division:
(1)Husband or wife.
(2)Father or mother.
(3)Son or daughter.
(4)Son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
(5)Brother or sister.
(6)Niece or nephew.
(7)Uncle or aunt.
