§ 12-19-2-2 — Officers and employees; personal liability
The following are not personally liable, except to the state, for an official act done or omitted in connection with the performance of duties under this article:
(1)The director of the division.
(2)Officers and employees of the division.
(3)Officers and employees of a county office.
