§ 12-19-1-4 — County director; compensation
(a)A county director is entitled to receive as
compensation for the county director's services an amount determined
by the division that is within:
(1)the lawfully established appropriations; and
(2)the salary ranges of the pay plan adopted by the state
personnel department and approved by the budget committee.
(b)Compensation paid to a county director shall be paid in the same
manner that compensation is paid to other state employees.
