§ 12-18-9-5 — Statewide domestic violence fatality review committee confidentiality
A member of the statewide domestic violence
fatality review committee and any individuals invited to attend a
meeting of the statewide domestic violence fatality review committee
shall sign a confidentiality statement prepared by the state domestic
violence fatality review coordinator.
