Text
The children's health insurance program fund is established for the purpose of paying expenses relating to:
(1)the program;
(2)services offered through the program for children enrolled in
the program; and
(3)services and administration eligible for reimbursement under
Title XXI of the federal Social Security Act for children enrolled
in Medicaid under IC 12-15-2-14.
