Text
(a)A provider that participates in the
Medicaid program is considered a provider for both the Medicaid
program and the program under this article.
(b)If an enrollee in the Medicaid managed care program for
children has direct access to a provider who has entered into a provider
agreement under IC 12-15-11, an enrollee in the program has direct
access to the same provider.
