(a)After completing the review under
section 3 of this chapter, the office may develop and implement a
reimbursement program to reimburse costs that are incurred by a parent
or guardian of a child to provide in-home early education services to
the child.
(b)If the office develops and implements a reimbursement program
under subsection (a), the office may not give preference to a child
located in a county that does not have a child care provider that meets
the standards of quality recognized by a Level 3 or Level 4 Paths to
QUALITY program rating located in the county.
(c)The office may develop reimbursement rates for the
reimbursement of in-home early education services.
(d)Reimbursement by the office under this section may be funded
from any of the following sources:
(1)Federal grant
