Text
(a)In addition to the other penalties
imposed under this chapter, the division may impose a civil penalty of
not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the violation of this
article.
(b)The division shall deposit the civil penalties collected under this
section in the division of family resources child care fund established
by IC 12-17.2-2-3.
