Text
(a)After a license is revoked or suspended,
the division shall publish notice under IC 5-3-1 and notify in writing
each person responsible for the children in care that the license has
been revoked or suspended.
(b)The written notice shall be sent to the last known address of the
person responsible for the child in care and shall state that the license
of the child care center has been revoked or suspended.
