Text
(a)A provider shall have at least one (1)
working telephone in each facility where the provider operates a child
care program.
(b)A provider shall, in each facility where the provider operates a
child care program, have a communication device (which may be the
telephone required by subsection (a)) that is:
(1)approved by the division; and
(2)compatible with an automated time and attendance tracking
system approved by the division.
