Indiana Statutes
§ 12-17-13-3 — "Preschool child care program" defined
As used in this chapter, "preschool child care program" means a program operated by an organization that offers care to children who are:
(1)less than six (6) years of age; and
(2)not eligible to enroll in a public school.
