Text
The division may make grants from the
fund to approved applicants for the establishment and maintenance of
a school age child care program. The amount of each grant awarded by
the division must be an amount that is not more than nine (9) times the
monetary value of the approved applicant's contribution. The amount
granted by the division for use by a single program may not exceed
forty thousand dollars ($40,000).
