Text
(a)A person or a person's representative may
file an application directly with the division if the application is filed
not more than forty-five (45) days after the person has been released or
discharged from the hospital.
(b)Reimbursement for the costs incurred in providing care to an
eligible person may only be made to the providers of the care.
