Indiana Statutes
§ 12-16-1-1 — "Affected agency" defined
As used in this chapter, "affected agency" means any of the following:
(1)The department of correction.
(2)The Indiana department of health.
(3)The division of mental health and addiction.
(4)The division of disability and rehabilitative services.
