Except as provided in IC 12-15-41, IC 12-15-44.5, and IC 12-17.6, an enrollment fee, a premium, a copayment, or a similar charge may not be imposed as a condition of an individual's eligibility for Medicaid. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-16(c) part.]
