Text
(a)The office may establish a health
insurance coverage premium assistance program for individuals who
meet the following:
(1)Have an annual household income of the following:
(A)Through December 31, 2013, not more than two hundred
percent (200%) of the federal income poverty level.
(B)Beginning January 1, 2014, not more than one hundred
thirty-three percent (133%) of the federal income poverty level,
based on the adjusted gross income provisions set forth in
Section 2001(a)(1) of the federal Patient Protection and
Affordable Care Act.
(2)Are eligible for health insurance coverage through an
employer but cannot afford the health insurance coverage
premiums.
(b)A program established under this section must:
(1)contain eligibility requirements that are similar to the
