§ 12-15-41-7 — Sliding scale of premiums
(a)The office shall develop a sliding scale of
premiums for individuals participating in the buy-in program.
(b)The sliding scale of premiums required under subsection (a)
must:
(1)be based on the annual gross income of the individual and, if
married, the individual's spouse; and
(2)provide for a minimum monthly premium of twenty-five
dollars ($25) and a maximum monthly premium of two hundred
seventy-five dollars ($275).
(c)Subject to the minimum and maximum amounts described in
subsection (b), the office may annually adjust the scale of premiums
adopted under this section.
