Text
The division shall do the following:
(1)Assist providers who provide for the voluntary conversion of
Medicaid funded intermediate care facility for individuals with
intellectual disabilities beds.
(2)Assist in securing appropriate placements for individuals who
reside in the intermediate care facility for individuals with
intellectual disabilities beds that are converted. However, an
individual may not be moved from an intermediate care facility
for individuals with intellectual disabilities bed until an
appropriate alternative placement is available.
