Text
If a waiver is received from the United States
Department of Health and Human Services and the governor receives
the affidavit filed under section 3 of this chapter, the Indiana
department of health, with guidance and input from the office, shall
implement the demonstration project for which the waiver was granted
not more than ninety (90) days after the governor receives the affidavit.
