Text

As used in this chapter, "drug-drug interaction" means an occurrence in which at least two (2) drugs taken by a recipient leads to clinically significant toxicity that:

(1)is characteristic of one (1) or any of the drugs present; or
(2)leads to the interference with the effectiveness of one (1) or any of the drugs.
