5.
(a)The board, the therapeutics
committee, or the office may not release proprietary or confidential
information obtained as part of the development, implementation, or
maintenance of a preferred drug list under this chapter.
(b)Information described in subsection (a) is confidential for
purposes of IC 5-14-3-4(a)(1).
