(a)A quorum consists of six (6) voting
members of the board.
(b)DUR criteria and standards for appropriate prescribing may only
be implemented with the approval of a majority of the quorum of the
board. The majority vote must include at least three (3) of the four (4)
physician members of the board and may allow the board to accept
deviations from the standards on a case-by-case basis.
