§ 12-15-35-25 — Chairman; compensation; expenses
(a)The board shall annually elect a
chairman from the members of the board.
(b)The chairman may be re-elected to serve consecutive terms as
chairman.
(c)A member of the board who is not a state employee is entitled to
the minimum salary per diem as provided by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b). Each
member of the board is entitled to reimbursement for traveling
expenses and other expenses actually incurred in connection with the
member's duties as provided in the state travel policies and procedures
established by the Indiana department of administration and the budget
agency.
