§ 12-15-35-21 — Board; appointment; term
(a)The members of the board shall be
appointed by the governor and serve a term of three (3) years.
(b)The governor shall fill a vacancy on the board by appointing a
new member to serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
(c)The governor may remove a member for cause.
