§ 12-15-34-13 — Plan for purchase of services under IC 4-23-17-9.3
The office shall include in the division's
state plan for the purchase of services under IC 4-23-17-9.3 (repealed)
a comprehensive program for the provision of home health services to
an individual who is eligible for Medicaid.
