Text
As used in this chapter, "nonemergency medical transportation" means medically necessary transportation to Medicaid covered services for an eligible Medicaid recipient who:
(1)participates in the Medicaid fee-for-service program; and
(2)does not have available transportation to:
(A)a Medicaid reimbursable service; or
(B)a pharmacy to obtain Medicaid reimbursable pharmacy
services.
