Text
(a)A contractor under section 1 of this
chapter shall submit a statement, at the times and in the form
prescribed by the office, requesting payment for fees for performance
of administrative responsibilities under contracts executed under this
chapter.
(b)The office shall certify a statement under subsection (a) to the
state comptroller, who shall pay the amount of the requested fees.
