Text

(a)A contractor under section 1 of this chapter shall submit a detailed statement, at the times and in the form prescribed by the office, for the amount of adjusted actual Medicaid provider costs and insurance premiums.
(b)The office shall certify a statement under subsection (a) to the state comptroller, who shall pay the amount of the adjusted actual Medicaid provider costs and insurance premiums from the Medicaid account of the state general fund.
(c)The state comptroller may not pay a Medicaid provider costs in advance of services provided. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-17.1(f).]
