Text
(a)A contractor with the state under this
chapter may subcontract a part of the contract, subject to the approval
of the office and the Indiana department of administration.
(b)A subcontract may not extend beyond the term of the contract.
(c)A contractor shall furnish information concerning the following:
(1)The amount of the subcontract.
(2)The qualifications of the subcontractor for guaranteeing
performance.
(3)Other information required by the state.
(d)A contract or subcontract executed under this section is a public
record under IC 5-14-3-2.
