§ 12-15-30-3 — Medicaid claims; finance and administration; plan options
The office shall select an approach to finance and administer Medicaid claims consisting of one (1) of the following:
(1)A direct provider payment plan administered by the office.
(2)A direct provider payment plan administered by a fiscal agent.
(3)A managed care organization.
(4)Any combination of the plans described in this section.
