§ 12-15-3-6 — Purchase of qualified long term care insurance policy; computation under this chapter
A computation under this chapter concerning
an individual who purchases a qualified long term care insurance
policy under IC 12-15-39.6 must take into consideration the asset
disregard established under IC 12-15-39.6-10.
