§ 12-15-26-2 — Psychiatrists practicing in employment of community mental health centers
A psychiatrist practicing in the employment
of a community mental health center must not be required to request
prior authorization to treat Medicaid eligible patients if the request for
prior authorization is not required of psychiatrists in private practice.
