§ 12-15-2-7 — Individuals eligible; children in families receiving TANF assistance
A child in a family who receives TANF
assistance and is less than twenty-one (21) years of age but not
otherwise eligible to be included in section 2 or 3 of this chapter is
eligible to receive Medicaid.
