§ 12-15-2-5 — Individuals eligible; recipients of old age assistance, blind assistance, or disabled assistance payments as of December 31, 1973
An individual who:
(1)was receiving assistance payments in the old age assistance,
blind assistance, or disabled assistance categories as of December
31, 1973; and
(2)continues to remain eligible under state laws and rules;
is eligible to receive Medicaid.
